Silent Auction

We know these are challenging times; the ongoing pandemic has changed all of us and how we approach everything. As we prepare to once again gather for the Human Rights Campaign’s in-person fundraising dinners and enjoy these moments that we have missed for so long, HRC wants to ensure our guests are safe, supported and connected to our critical work. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 and adjust our protocols when needed and will communicate any changes as they arise. HRC’s current COVID-19 safety measures, protocols and requirements are listed below.

Policy on Covid-19 Vaccine Requirements to attend in-person indoor events produced by the Human Rights Campaign:

The Human Rights Campaign and Human Rights Campaign Foundation require all guests attending in-person indoor events produced by the organization to be fully vaccinated in order to attend. The CDC defines fully vaccinated as:
● 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
● 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
Proof of full vaccination, by showing a vaccine card, clear photo of the card or vaccine passport app will be accepted, and will be required for entrance to any HRC event, along with a picture ID. Those who are not fully vaccinated will not be admitted to HRC events.
Additionally, HRC encourages attendees to wear masks when not eating or drinking or when six feet of social distance cannot be maintained.
As the Covid-19 public health emergency is an ever-evolving situation, HRC reserves the right to add, adjust and institute further attendance requirements as deemed necessary right up until the event begins. HRC will communicate any material changes to our policy, as we continue to monitor the CDC, state and local guidelines.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that HRC expects all participants at HRC events to comply with CDC, state and local COVID-related guidelines, rules and requirements, which continue to evolve, that you are attending at your own risk and that you release HRC, its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns from any liability related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of your attenda
If you have questions regarding this, please contact mike.wilkinson@hrc.org ahead of the event.
